The Inborn Strength of the Brown Race

The Inborn Strength of the Brown Race

Our country, the Philippines is annually visited by several typhoons and other calamities, but there was never a time wherein we long remained hostages to their destructive powers. We, the Filipinos, no matter how difficult our life is, still find positivity amidst struggles, which make us resilient to any form of destruction.

At present, the world is being bothered by Covid-19, and we, the Filipinos are not exempted from its destructive powers. In our country alone, several thousands of lives have been claimed, many are still battling, and sustaining our daily needs has become more difficult. In addition, we already hold the longest lock-down ever in the whole world. Although, or lives have become more difficult due to the virus and other natural and political turmoil, there’s no trace of defeat on our faces. I think the main reason why up to now we remain fighting is our strong faith in our Divine Creator. Our belief that there is God put us on the right track. For as long as we believe that our Lord will never abandon us until the end, we will continue to fight. Also, our being religious enables us to help and protect each other which makes us cope with destructions easily.

We, Filipinos are known to be resilient. For sure we will remain strong if we continue to stick to our core values. Let’s continue to unite, for in unity there is strength and power.
